A detailed portrait of a long-haired cat in an outdoor setting.

This is Mooka, a very shy Norwegian Forest cat from Glasgow. He belonged to a neighbour of my wife’s parents and would often wander over to spend time relaxing in their garden. I captured this photograph from a safe distance, giving him the space he clearly preferred.

The subject is framed tightly to emphasise facial features and fur texture. A soft, muted background helps isolate the subject while retaining a natural outdoor feel.
